Role Description

The Trading Academy Business Founders role is a full-time, remote position designed for entrepreneurial individuals who are eager to build and manage their own trading academy or brokerage business in collaboration with Star Net Ltd. The day-to-day responsibilities include participating in strategies for growth, overseeing the establishment of a learning academy and client networks, coordinating with our technical and operational teams for backend support, and actively promoting the academys services. The role also involves engaging with potential clients and partners, scaling revenue streams, and managing operational processes to achieve long-term success.

Qualifications

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to lead and manage a business independently
• Knowledge of the Forex, Cryptocurrency, CFD, or Binary Trading industries
• Experience in client relationship management, business networking, and building partnerships
• Familiarity with trading platforms, CRM systems, and payment gateways
• Understanding of financial management, risk assessment, and operational efficiency
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and operational teams
• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in training, education, or talent acquisition is an added advantage
• Proficiency in digital marketing or social media campaigns is a plus
