Role Description The Trading Academy Cofounder will play a key role in building and scaling a remote trading education business in partnership with Star Net Ltd. This full-time role involves designing and refining the academy's curriculum for Forex, Crypto, and related markets, developing courses, webinars, and educational content, and ensuring that materials are accurate, accessible, and aligned with industry best practices. The Cofounder will lead community and learner engagement, host live sessions, and support learners in understanding trading concepts and risk management. They will collaborate with Star Net's technical and operational teams to integrate platforms, CRM, and payment solutions, while focusing on growth, client acquisition, and network development. The role also includes defining the academy's brand positioning, building strategic partnerships, and tracking performance metrics to continuously improve offerings and revenue.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret market data, evaluate trading strategies, and use metrics to guide academy development.
• Excellent communication skills to deliver clear written and verbal explanations, conduct webinars, and engage a diverse learner community.

  Proven sales and marketing abilities to attract learners, build partnerships, and grow the academy's visibility and enrollment.
• Research skills to stay current on Forex, Crypto, and related markets, regulatory trends, and best practices in trading education.
• Demonstrated experience in trading, investment, or fintech (Forex/Crypto/CFD preferred), with a solid understanding of risk management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to co-create business strategy, define revenue models, and operate in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience designing or delivering educational programs, online courses, or training content is a strong advantage.
• Comfort working in a fully remote, digitally enabled environment and collaborating across time zones and cultures.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., trading, investment, or coaching)
