Deputy Manager:
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Business Partnering
Serve as HR Strategy Partner for either Alternate Channel or Retail Channel.
Understand business priorities and provide HR analytics and insights to support channel productivity and effectiveness.
Collaborate with Sales, HRBP, and Distribution leadership for workforce planning, manpower productivity, and channel-specific HR interventions.
2. MIS, Dashboards & Reporting
Develop, automate, and maintain HR & Sales-related MIS and dashboards (Power BI).
Translate large datasets into clear insights for business reviews, governance forums, and leadership decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy, timely reporting, and continuous enhancement of reporting frameworks.
3. HR & Sales Analytics
Conduct workforce analytics, performance trend analysis, productivity studies, and channel-specific insights.
Build predictive models, pattern analysis, and scenario-based insights for strategic planning.
Support initiatives related to attrition analysis, hiring trends, performance matrices, and channel efficiency.
4. Crossfunctional Collaboration
Work closely with HRBPs, TA, L & D, Sales Operations, and Finance to align data-driven decision-making.
Partner with central HR teams on large-scale strategic projects.
5. Process Improvement & Governance
Identify gaps in existing processes and propose improvements using data intelligence.
Ensure governance, documentation, and adherence to HR policies and compliance norms.
Skills & Competencies Required
Technical Skills
Power BI (Must) Dashboard creation, DAX functions, data modeling
Advanced Statistics & Analytics Regression, forecasting, hypothesis testing
MS Excel (Advanced) Power Query, pivoting, automation
HR Analytics Exposure Workforce, productivity & attrition analytics
SQL / Data extraction skills (Preferred)
Knowledge of HR systems (SAP / SF / HRMS tools preferred)

Experience in distribution-led organizations or FMCG/Telecom/Insurance sectors is an added advantage
