About the Role:
We are looking for accomplished Wealth Management professionals with a strong track record of managing High Net Worth (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI) client relationships. The role involves acquiring, advising, and managing affluent clients while delivering bespoke wealth management solutions across a diverse range of investment products.
The ideal candidate will possess an established client network, strong relationship management capabilities, and a consistent record of driving Assets Under Management (AUM) growth and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire, advise and manage HNI and UHNI client relationships.
- Develop and grow a high-quality client portfolio through new client acquisition and relationship deepening.
- Provide comprehensive wealth management solutions across Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Fixed Income, Structured Products, Private Equity, Global Investments and other investment solutions.
- Understand clients' financial objectives, risk profile and investment needs to recommend suitable strategies.
- Achieve business targets relating to client acquisition, client retention, revenue generation and managed client book growth.
- Build long-term trusted relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, promoters, CXOs, professionals and family offices.
- Work closely with investment specialists, research teams and product experts to deliver customized investment solutions.

- Identify opportunities for cross-selling lending, insurance, estate planning, succession planning and family office solutions.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, compliance and risk management guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of client service, governance and ethical business practices.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA/CA/CFA/CFP preferred).
- Proven experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Financial Advisory or Asset Management.
- Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets and portfolio construction.
- Excellent relationship management, business development and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and expand a quality client franchise.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Partner / Senior Partner: Candidates should have a proven track record of managing UHNI relationships with an individual client book of 30 - 50 Crore and above with a sizeable AUM.
- Vice President / Senior Vice President: Candidates managing HNI/UHNI relationships with a smaller client book but a strong track record in wealth management, client acquisition and revenue generation will also be considered. Designation will be aligned with the candidate's experience, business performance and managed client book.
