Senior Manager - Finance - NBFC & Real Estate - CA

A. NBFC Finance, Compliance & Regulatory:
- Manage end-to-end finance functions, including borrowings and capital management.
- Ensure timely submission of RBI returns (NBS-1 to NBS-7) and ALM reports.
- Monitor CRAR, asset quality, and provisioning per RBI norms.
- Oversee fund-raising documentation, NCD issuance, and bank borrowings.
- Implement internal controls per RBIs Scale-Based Regulation (SBR) framework.
- Ensure compliance with RBI Governance Directions 2025.
B. Real Estate Company Finance & Accounting:
- Oversee project-wise accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare cash flow statements, project-wise P&L, and fund utilization reports.

- Ensure revenue recognition per Ind AS / POC Method.
- Interface with sales, construction, and legal execution teams.
- Manage GST for real estate transactions, including JDA and works contracts.
- Handle RERA compliance, including escrow management and quarterly filings.
- Oversee direct tax matters and liaise with auditors and consultants.
C. Group / Consolidated Finance:
- Prepare consolidated MIS for Board review.
- Manage surplus fund investments and maintain relationships with bankers and rating agencies.
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, and variance analysis at the Group level.
- Provide strategic financial guidance on capital allocation and new projects.
Qualification & Experience:

Get Hired

- Chartered Accountant (ICAI) is mandatory.
- 8-12 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an NBFC/HFC and a Real Estate developer.
- Proven track record of heading or co-heading a Finance function.
- Candidates with dual exposure to both Real Estate and NBFC sectors are preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Accounting: Tally Prime, Ind AS / IGAAP.
- Taxation: GST (Real Estate-specific), Income Tax, TDS.
- NBFC Regulatory: RBI Returns, ALM, CRAR, Provisioning Norms.
- Real Estate: RERA Compliance, Project Accounting, JDA/JV Structuring.
- MIS & Fundraising: Board-level reporting, Bank Liaising, Loan Documentation.
