Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in our limousine service office. This role involves managing bookings, customer service, documentation, and communication between departments.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
Schedule and confirm bookings, dispatch drivers as needed
Maintain records of client profiles, trip details, and billing information
Assist with invoicing, payroll support, and expense tracking
Coordinate with drivers and supervisors for scheduling efficiency
Perform general office duties including filing, reporting, and supplies management

Requirements:
Previous administrative or office experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or scheduling software
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional phone and email etiquette
