Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced and proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee our limousine fleet, drivers, and daily transportation logistics. This role ensures service excellence, on-time performance, and adherence to safety and company standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate driver schedules and daily assignments
Monitor real-time operations, resolve issues promptly
Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and customer expectations
Conduct regular vehicle and uniform inspections
Lead driver briefings, training, and performance reviews
Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism
Collaborate with the admin team for seamless operations
Requirements:
2+ years experience in transportation/logistics or fleet supervision
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety protocols
Excellent communication and team coordination skills
Familiarity with dispatch and scheduling systems
Valid driver’s license (chauffeur license preferred)
