Job Description
Role & responsibilities We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved quickly and effectively while delivering a positive experience. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Collect feedback and share insights with the management team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong problem-solving ability and patience.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but freshers are welcome.
- Diploma/Graduate
