Position: Sales & Business Development Executive (2 No.s) (Day & Night Shift)

Location: Remote/Office-based (Noida Sector-63)

Work Timings: As per company requirement (8-9 Hrs. Shift)

Salary Package : Up to 240000 LPA

Job Summary:

The Sales Business Development Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers over calls or Personal Visits to enhance customer experience, generate bulk orders, and identify franchise opportunities. The role requires

excellent communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively,

The Sales Business Development Executive will also be responsible for ensuring a structured welcome and sign-off pitch during every call and conducting follow-ups as required.

Qualifications

Graduation/Post Graduation is Must (in any field)

? Prior experience in Sales& Marketing, Business development through calls & Visits, also can handle customer service.

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to handle customer grievances with professionalism and empathy.

? Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to generate leads.

? Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping abilities

? Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting follow-ups
