Starwalkers is a private teletherapy & parent-training clinic like no other. We are based in India, and operate galaxy-wide.

Our services span across galaxies for children and young adults, and we are specialists in working with autistic children, Gestalt Language Processors, children / young adults with communication challenges & sensory processing difficulties, and more. We are a Neurodiversity-Affirming practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer direct phone calls
  • Manage communication and answer emails
  • Prepare & organize databases and reports
  • Handle customer & employer information confidentially
  • Resolve customer issues to their overall satisfaction
  • Manage calendar & appointments of the client
  • Schedule meeting spaces & conference rooms
  • Ensure that the department is meeting its goals
  • Responsible for achieveing the set revenue
  • Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation of IEPs from therapists
  • Help in creating resources for Speech Language Pathologist and Occupational Therapist
  • Work closely with the founder & the team manager
  • Help content creator in managing and promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organisations brand and social media strategy
  • Maintaining an overall management style that follows company best practices.

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • UG/PG in Psychology/Speech language therapy/Occupational therapy or related fields
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a clinical set-up, hospital, or healthcare management
  • A High-Spec Laptop
  • A Good Internet Connection (We would need a speed test report)
  • A quiet environment for video and audio recordings
  • Space to set up a mini studio at your place for recordings
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Articulate and persuasive communication skills
  • Ability to speak a second/regional language is a bonus
  • Knowledge on digital marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.
