Job Description
- As a Software Development Engineer (SDE) at Stashfin in Gurugram, you will play a vital role in developing and optimizing scalable applications. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-performance solutions, solve complex problems, and contribute to the overall technology strategy.
You will design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications while working closely with product managers and engineers to implement technical solutions. Your focus will be on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices, troubleshooting and debugging issues to ensure smooth system operation, and optimizing system performance to improve application reliability.
To excel in this role, you should have 2-6 years of experience in developing scalable systems and proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Node.js, Python, or Go. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to analyze complex technical issues, and an understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles are essential. Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL), caching mechanisms, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development is required. Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) will be considered a plus.

If you have experience working in the fintech or financial services domain, an understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, it will be advantageous for this role. Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into the development process to ensure you are aligned with industry trends and best practices.,
