Automation Expert, Senior Associate
Who we are looking for
Fully hands on automation expert with expertise on automation tools like Selenium, UFT. A tester at heart who has an eye for detail. Person with experience og working in agile development mode. QA at heart and someone passionate about product quality and improving usability. Person who has good working experience on CI/CD tools like jenkins
What you will be responsible for
As Test Automation Expert you will
- Participate in daily scrum calls and other important meeting like kickoff, standup, estimation calls etc
Testing the story as per acceptance criteria specified and ensuring to capture any gaps in requirements
- Controbite to maintenance of QA automation frameworkTriggerring and analyzing regression as per specified shcedule
- Mentoring team members on their doubts, enabling the team for upgrading skill sets
- Conduct and participate in code review calls
- Contribute and own to mantainnace of CI/CD jobs and pipleines for QA processes
- Continuously strive to improve processes, cut down on manual mundane tasks by automating them
What we value
These skills will help you succeed in this role
- 6-10 years hands on experience of QA by using automation testing tools such as Selenium, cucumber,
- Good knowledge of core java, oops concepts, Test Automation Framework development
- Good experience in write complex SQL queries inorder to test data
- Hands on experience of writing complex SQL queries in order to test the application
- Good experience in working with Oracle DB
- Working knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins
- Excellent knowledge of SDLA, testing methodologies , QA terminologies, processes.
- Self-motivated, result oriented and deadline driven.
- Should be able to work independently and help other team members.
- Excellent communication, problem solving & analytical skills
- Experience working in the Agile environment;
- Experience in capital markets or Fund accounting will be a plus
Education & Preferred Quentalifications
- B.Tech. (any specialization)
