Job Summary

This is the Client Service representative role at State Street Taipei Branch within the Investment Services Organization focusing on deliver highly valued services and solutions to clients to ensure quality services are consistently delivered; and to manage and strengthen the business relationship with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client Deliverables

• Accurate and prompt obtaining data that inquired by the clients
• Response and conduct clients’ phone calls with professional manners.
• Constantly provide an update to clients on the progress of all raised issues.
• Coordinate standard transitions: portfolio/market opening/closing, gather proper documentation etc.

Management Deliverables

• Prepare specific management information as requested.
• Adopt a proactive role in establishing State Street as an organization of service excellence within the region.
• Assist on project assigned by manager.

Operational Risk Management

• Assist with compliance/fiduciary reviews, controls, and audits as appropriate.
• Ensure full adherence and implementation of the Risk Management Policy and internal procedures at all times (e.g. KYC, FTTOP, etc.) in order to prevent losses.
• Communicate and document non-compliance issues as they arise to senior manager

Minimum Requirement

• Minimum of six years of experience in global custody servicing within financial institutions;

Get Hired
• Experience working in custody / fund accounting / fund administration;
• A high level of professional maturity and be able to communicate with clients, managers and peers as well as demonstrated stakeholder management experience;
• Strong problem-solving skills and trouble-shooting skills. Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work;
• Strong verbal & written communication, interpersonal, analytical and time management skills.

• Language proficiency in Mandarin and English.

Education & Certification

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Passed the “Trust Operations Personnel” (Taiwan) and “Financial Markets and Professional Ethics” tests is highly preferred
