GPD - Operations Client Service Specialist Co Op

In this role primary responsibilities include:

• Processing Bank customer check deposits which include scanning and transmitting to our vendor FiServ daily.

• Placing and verifying stop payments requests

• General Ledger reconciliation and DDA Settlement reconciliation and reporting.

• ACH Payment research

• Responding to daily internal client inquires via branch banking mailbox.

• Assist with answering branch banking hotline phone, Assist retirement services customer with check verifications and ACH inquiries

Qualifications:

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Problem solving and decision making skills

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
