What you will be responsible for

• Lead a team of quantitative analysts, fostering collaboration to deliver tailored solutions that enhance the performance of trading desks across multiple business lines
• Act as the primary interface between the research team and internal trading professionals, ensuring the timely delivery of actionable insights, custom models, and data-driven solutions
• Oversee the creation, testing, and deployment of advanced quantitative models and analytic tools to address specific end-user needs
• Successfully apply ideas from across the research team to solve new problems, and lead research efforts to develop new ideas that are innovative and actionable
• Identify and anticipate the evolving requirements of key stakeholders and proactively manage priorities to deploy resources efficiently
• Engage in consistent dialog with trading teams to communicate, review, and enhance results
• Maintain an exceptional risk control environment and development process

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in quantitative research, trading analytics, or a related discipline preferred
• Master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or other quantitative field preferred
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, C++) and data analysis tools
• Strong knowledge of quantitative modeling, statistical methods, and machine learning / AI techniques
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong quantitative and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into practical insights
• Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence senior stakeholders
• Comprehensive understanding of capital markets, trading strategies, and financial instruments, with an awareness of emerging trends in technology and analytics
