FACT-Ops Associate

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our FACTOps team. As an Associate, you will support various back-office functions including company formation, accounting, regulatory compliance, and taxation for our growing client base. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in business operations and financial services.

• Support the process of setting up new companies, including document collection and coordination with relevant authorities.
• Assist with preparation and submission of incorporation documents.
  

• Maintain financial records and assist with daily bookkeeping.
• Help prepare reports, track expenses, and support month-end close activities.
• Reconcile accounts and assist in general ledger management.
  

• Support in meeting statutory compliance requirements (filings, documentation, regulatory deadlines).
• Maintain accurate compliance records for audits and internal reviews.
  

• Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and income tax returns.
• Organize and verify supporting documents related to tax filings.
• Coordinate with external consultants and government portals when needed.
  

• Qualifications: B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA (Finance or Accounting preferred)
• Relocation: Willing to relocate to Sri City, Andhra Pradesh
