Job Description
- As a Sales Associate for Stack Skills, you will be located in Patna and required to have a bike. The role encompasses an internship followed by a full-time position. Stack Skills is dedicated to offering top-notch learning solutions for students from Class 4th to 10th. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to drive student package sales and embark on a fulfilling career in sales.
Your primary responsibility will involve promoting and selling Stack Skills student learning packages. The initial 3-month internship aims to provide hands-on sales experience, enhance product knowledge, and develop essential skills. Successful interns will have the opportunity to secure a permanent position with promising career advancement prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Stack Skills student packages to parents & students.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships to foster repeat business.
- Provide daily activity reports and performance updates to the team lead.
During the 3-month internship, you will receive a stipend of 5,000/month along with a 30% incentive on every sale. Upon transitioning to a full-time role post-internship, the compensation package is structured as follows:
- 1st Year CTC: 3.9 LPA (Fixed) + 1.2 LPA (Variable)
- 2nd Year CTC: 4.9 LPA (Fixed) + 1.2 LPA (Variable)
- 3rd Year CTC: 7.4 LPA (Fixed) + 1.2 LPA (Variable)

The total 3-Year Package (excluding internship) amounts to 16.2 L Fixed + 3.6 L Variable = 19.8 L. Eligibility for promotion is considered from 9 months onwards based on performance.

- Graduation (Mandatory)
