Python Backend Developer (AI-Driven Systems)

About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Python Backend Developer to support ongoing product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building scalable backend systems and APIs, along with exposure to AI-driven or Agentic AI- based applications.
Key Responsibilities
 Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs.
 Build backend services using modern Python frameworks.
 Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of backend systems.
 Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate business
requirements into technical solutions.
 Integrate AI-driven or agentic workflows into backend systems.
 Maintain clean, well-documented, and testable code.
Required Qualifications
 3–4 years of backend development experience.
 Strong proficiency in Python.
 Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI or Django.
 Hands-on experience in building and maintaining REST APIs.
 Good understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
 Exposure to or experience in Agentic AI development (LLM integrations,
autonomous agents, workflow orchestration, etc.).
 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
