Job Title: Data Analytics Lead / Senior BI Developer

Shift Timings: 7:30PM to 4:30AM IST (US Central Time Zone)

Location: Noida

Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior BI Developer / Lead to support break/fix, production support, and minor enhancements across enterprise analytics and reporting platforms. This role is focused on MS Power BI / Fabric, Azure Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and SQL Reporting. The environment is high-volume and business-critical, with large number of scheduled jobs daily across multiple source systems, frequent refresh cycles, and a substantial footprint of Power BI and legacy Web Intelligence assets. The focus is on reporting-layer and data-pipeline support.

Responsibilities

• Support break/fix issues and minor enhancements in Power BI/Fabric, Azure Analytics, Azure Data Factory, and SQL Reporting.
• 
  Monitor and troubleshoot data refresh failures, pipeline failures, report errors, and dashboard defects.
• Support daily and near-real-time refresh activity across reporting assets.
• Validate data integrity between source extracts and reporting outputs.
• Work with Power BI workspaces, dashboards, dataflows, and datasets.
• Support reporting dependencies tied to SAP BW-fed data, including InfoCubes and DSOs used in Power BI.
• Assist in migration, remediation, and optimization of reporting content where needed.
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring report or data issues and drive corrective actions.
• Experience with Power BI performance tuning and data model optimization.
• Document solutions, support procedures, and operational runbooks.
• Mentor junior BI developers and serve as an escalation point for complex reporting issues.

Job Requirements

• 8+ years of BI/reporting/data development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI and Power BI Service/Fabric.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, troubleshooting, and report support.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and/or similar ETL orchestration tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting operations with frequent refresh cycles.
• Ability to troubleshoot report and data issues across source-to-report pipelines.
• Good understanding of SAP BW as a source dependency for reporting, but not as a support domain.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred/Plus

• Experience supporting SAP BusinessObjects / Web Intelligence reporting.
• Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or SAP-connected reporting environments
