As a Senior Consultant specializing in Broadcom products, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients needs and optimizing their operations. You will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience with the following Broadcom products:

- CA Spool

- CA View

- CA Deliver

- CA Output Management Web Viewer

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide expert guidance and support for the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Broadcom products.

- Collaborate with clients to assess their current systems and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to CA Spool, CA View, CA Deliver, and CA Output Management Web Viewer.

- Develop and deliver training sessions for client staff to enhance their understanding and use of Broadcom products.

- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for client reference.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with client goals.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a consultant or in a similar role, with a strong focus on Broadcom products.

- In-depth knowledge of CA Spool, CA View, CA Deliver, and CA Output Management Web Viewer.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Relevant certifications in Broadcom products are a plus.
