Project Management

• City, State: Harrisburg, Pennsylvania (Dauphin County)

• Work Arrangement:Remote (Primary work is remote; however, reporting to headquarters for meetings is required. No additional compensation for travel if within a 3-hour commute.)

• Contract: This is a Contract position.

• Mode of Interview: Either Web Cam or In Person.

The Project Management Resource will be fully accountable for the governance and execution of assigned IT projects, following the organizations PMO framework.

• Coordination & Oversight: Manage and coordinate the activities of internal and/or external staff involved in multiple IT projects of varying complexity.

• Full Lifecycle Execution: Perform project management duties through the entire project lifecycle, including:

  • Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing.

• Artifact Development: Develop and maintain project plans and other required artifacts using the internal PMO Playbook and established methodologies.

• Scope Definition: Coordinate with business owners and other analysts to define and refine the project scope.

• 
  Expert Management: Must demonstrate 5+ years of expertise in planning and management across all critical knowledge areas, including:

  • Integration, Scope, Schedule, Cost, Communication, Vendor, and Risk planning and management.

• Stakeholder Relations: Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients.

• Process Improvement: Conduct lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify and recommend areas for improvement.

• Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is highly beneficial.

• Enterprise Tools: Experience with ServiceNow in the Idea, Project, and Demand modules.

• Enterprise Solutions: Familiarity with Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects.

• Methodology: Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
