Job Description

    As the Head of Sales (HOD Sales / CEO Sales) at Stellar Koda, one of the largest Koda dealers in India, your primary responsibility will be to oversee sales operations, drive revenue growth, and ensure smooth execution across various dealership locations in Gujarat including Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Mehsana, Bhavnagar, Bharuch, and Anand. Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal / Board, you will lead a team of Sales Managers, manage daily operations, optimize financial planning, and maintain strong relationships with OEMs.
    Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets, monitoring daily sales operations and customer engagement, and tracking KPIs such as conversion rates and sales performance. You will also be responsible for managing Sales General Managers (GMs) across multiple branches, conducting sales meetings, performance reviews, and training programs to foster a high-performance culture.
    In terms of financial planning and budgeting, you will develop sales budgets, revenue forecasts, and fund allocations, optimize pricing and promotional strategies to maximize profitability, and ensure cost control and efficient allocation of resources to improve dealership margins. Maintaining strong OEM relations will be crucial, including negotiating terms with financial institutions, insurance providers, and other key vendors, and staying updated on market trends and competitor strategies.

    Customer experience and brand growth are also key areas of focus, where you will need to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction across all dealership locations, implement CRM strategies to drive repeat business, and strengthen the dealership's reputation through community engagement and marketing initiatives.
    To excel in this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role within the automotive industry, with proven ability to lead multiple dealership locations, manage sales teams effectively, and expertise in financial planning, sales analytics, and dealership operations. Strong negotiation, leadership, and decision-making abilities are essential, along with a Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred.,
