Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner - Internet/Online

- Partner with business leaders to drive org design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness
- Own and drive employee NPS, by frequent 1:1s with the span, exit interview's, solving for NPS feedback. (6 days working)
- Own end-to-end employee lifecycle for your business unit (onboarding to exit)
- Drive performance management cycles, talent reviews, and succession planning
- Actively diagnose people challenges and drive interventions (engagement, retention, culture)
- Enable managers to become better leaders through coaching and structured frameworks
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure high-quality hiring aligned to business needs and core values

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and strengthen culture across teams
- Analyse people metrics (attrition, performance, engagement) and convert insights into action
- Ensure strong governance on policies, processes, and employee experience
Must have:
- 3-4 years of experience in HRBP / People Partnering roles
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work closely with stakeholders and influence decisions
- Structured thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High empathy with ability to balance employee and business needs
- Comfort working with ambiguity and driving outcomes
Good to have:
- Experience in high-growth / startup environments
- Ability to build processes from scratch and scale them
- Strong understanding of performance management and talent frameworks
