Job Summary: Talent Acquisition Specialist (International) - NON TECH

Responsibilities:
International Sourcing & Hiring: Execute full-cycle recruitment for roles across using LinkedIn Recruiter, global job boards, and networking to find diverse talent.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with the top management to define selection criteria, understand cultural nuances, and align hiring strategies with global business goals.
Candidate Experience: Manage the end-to-end interview process across time zones, ensuring a positive, professional experience for international candidates.
Data & Metrics: Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) using ATS, generating reports to improve international recruiting efficiency.
Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand in target international markets to attract high-caliber talent.

Experience: 8-12 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2-4 years specifically focused on international hiring.
Skills: Proven ability to use LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable).
Knowledge: Understanding of international labor markets, and cultural differences in hiring.
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written/verbal); proficiency in other languages is a plus.
