Step Enterprises is seeking a Financial Manager with strong experience in managing accounting and financial operations within the restaurant and café sector in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
1/ Oversee all daily financial and accounting operations.
2/ Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and analyze financial performance.
3/ Manage budgets, cash flow, and expense control.
4/ Implement and monitor financial policies and procedures in line with local standards.
5/ Coordinate with the operations department and senior management to support decision-making.
6/ Lead and supervise the finance team, ensuring accuracy of financial data.
Requirements:
1/ Proficient in using Foodics system (mandatory).
2/ Minimum 5 years of financial management experience in the restaurant and café industry in the UAE.
3/ Resident in Al Ain or willing to relocate.
4/ Excellent command of the English language.
5/ Strong analytical and financial skills with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
