Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an Assistant Manager - Referral Marketing at Sterling Hospitals. The primary responsibilities include developing and managing referral marketing strategies, maintaining and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders, and identifying new referral opportunities to grow the business. The role also involves planning and executing initiatives to increase referrals, arranging outreach activities, analyzing referral data, and preparing reports to optimize marketing efforts.

• Experience in Referral Marketing, Network Building, and Relationship Management
• Strategic Planning and Execution within the healthcare domain

• Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting is a plus
