Role Purpose

As part of our Fresher MBA Program, we are looking for dynamic, ambitious individuals to join our strategy function in India. This structured program is designed to provide close support to and work with business leaders conceptualizing, devising and driving strategic functional and/or business projects for driving the next wave of growth.

Role Responsibilities

• Driving end-to-end high impact programs. Participate in projects / roadmap discussions and help develop the implementation plan.
  
• Participating in ideation & critical initiatives for the respective business
• Gathering market intelligence around solutions/business.
• Conducting in-depth research and obtain relevant information from multiple/ confidential sources in order to support making more informed decisions, within the desired timeframe

Location: Mumbai and Pune.

Experience & Education

PG: MBA in General Management (Commercial), Marketing, HR, Finance.

(Preferably from Tier 1 Institute)

Experience / Exposure:

• Data analytics professional with expertise in statistical modelling, AI/ML adoption, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business transformation. One of the role involves leveraging data insights for automation and decision-making while mentoring junior team members. Experience with Salesforce, SAP databases, and data engineering is preferred, along with a minimum of 4 years in SCM, Finance or Operations.

Selection Process

• Candidates graduating by May/June 2023-2024 will be eligible
• Candidates having minimum 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent CGPA throughout in all full time qualifications (with no backlogs) are only eligible to appear in the Selection process.
