Job Description
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will lead strategy, execution, and performance for multiple restaurant brands under Hospitality X.
This role is not just content coordination, it is growth ownership.
You will:
• Create monthly marketing strategies
• Build revenue-driven campaigns
• Manage internal creative teams and agencies
• Drive sales via digital + offline channels
• Report directly to the CEO
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
- Create monthly marketing strategy plans for each brand
• Develop campaign calendars aligned to outlet goals
• Build offers and promotions to increase AOV and footfall
• Identify growth opportunities across dine-in, takeaway, catering, and franchise
Content & Brand Management
- Plan short-form and long-form content calendars (IG + YT)
• Coordinate with agencies (Dozers, Goat Media, Authority X, Nuke etc.)
• Oversee shoots, ensure brand alignment and timely delivery
• Manage Nawazs personal brand content pipeline
• Ensure posting consistency and quality storytelling
Performance Marketing
- Coordinate Meta Ads agency
• Plan ad funnels and offer campaigns
• Monitor ROAS and optimize budgets
• Manage Google & Franchise ads
• Track campaign performance weekly
WhatsApp & CRM Marketing
- Plan monthly WhatsApp campaigns (via Reelo)
• Design creatives and offers
• Monitor response rates and conversions
• Coordinate with CRM for feedback loops
Influencer & Offline Marketing
- Plan influencer campaigns per brand
• Coordinate with influencer agencies
• Execute offline marketing activations
• Plan community tie-ups & collaborations
Marketplace & Reputation Management
- Monitor Swiggy, Zomato offers & ad visibility
• Track ratings & reviews
• Identify improvement opportunities
Team Leadership
- Lead Graphic Designer, Videographer, Editor
• Coordinate with external agencies
• Maintain content timelines
• Ensure smooth communication between marketing & operations teams
Reporting & Accountability
- Weekly marketing performance report to CEO
• Monthly brand growth summary
• Budget tracking & ROI reporting
• Sales impact analysis

We are looking for someone who:
- Has 5–10 years of marketing experience (hospitality preferred)
• Understands restaurant business models & revenue drivers
• Has managed digital campaigns with real ROI
• Has strong knowledge of Instagram, Meta Ads, Google Ads
• Has experience managing influencers & agencies
• Is data-driven and performance-oriented
• Can manage creative teams confidently
• Understands Chennai market deeply
• Can work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial setup
Key KPIs
- Increase in monthly sales across brands
• Growth in footfall & reservations
• Improvement in AOV
• ROAS on paid campaigns
• Growth in social media engagement & visibility
• Lead generation for franchise inquiries
• Campaign execution discipline
Compensation
- 5 – 9 LPA (Based on Experience & Capability)
• Performance Incentives (Linked to Brand Growth)
• Direct exposure to multi-brand restaurant scaling
