We are seeking a dedicated Tele Caller for a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Tele Caller will engage with prospective students to understand their educational goals, provide detailed information about study abroad opportunities, and guide them through the visa application process. Other responsibilities include following up with potential clients, scheduling consultations, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English and local languages
• Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
