About the Role:

Straive is looking for a seasoned, high-impact Talent Acquisition Lead to drive our expansion across onshore markets, with a primary focus on the United States. As a pure-play data services firm, we dont just fill seats; we find the architects of the data economy.

You arent just a recruiter; you are a talent advisor who understands the competitive landscape of US data services and has a proven track record of hunting passive candidates who arent looking at job boards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end hiring process for US-based roles (Data Scientists, Data Engineers, ML Specialists, and Sales Leaders).
• Move beyond LinkedIn Easy Apply. You will use advanced Boolean strings, X-ray searching, and deep networking to engage top-tier talent currently employed by competitors.
• Act as a strategic partner to US-based Hiring Managers, providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and talent mapping.
• Articulate Straives value proposition effectively to US candidates, ensuring a high offer-to-join ratio.
• Build ready-now talent communities for recurring niche roles in the data and AI space.

What We Are Looking For

• 58 years in TA, with at least 5+ years exclusively focused on US onshore recruitment.

Get Hired
• Prior experience in a Data Services or Tech Consulting environment is highly preferred.
• Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and alternative sourcing tools.
• Cultural Fluency: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build instant rapport with US-based candidates and navigate international labor laws/visa nuances (H1B, F-1, Green Card, etc.).
• Results-Oriented: A closer mindset with a track record of meeting aggressive hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
