Job Description
Role Overview:
As the HRBP - DGM, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and foster a high-performance culture. You will collaborate closely with senior management, providing guidance and support on all aspects of human resources, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Your contributions will directly impact employee engagement, productivity, and the overall success of the business unit you support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational effectiveness.
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers and employees on a wide range of HR topics, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning, to drive employee performance and development.
- Identify and address talent gaps within the organization, developing and implementing talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights, and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Proven expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent management.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment in Bangalore.
