Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with our finance and operations teams to extract, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data from our ERP system (Odoo or similar). This role is pivotal in supporting strategic decision-making and optimizing reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract and analyze data from Odoo ERP to support business and financial reporting.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports for management.
• Conduct MIS reporting, reconciliation, and prepare audit-ready schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill reporting needs.
• Analyze fund flows, cost allocations, and expense trends across units.
• Use SQL and advanced Excel to automate and enhance reporting accuracy.

Requirements:

• 5+ years

  Get Hired
  of experience in finance, reporting, or business analysis roles.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel (Power Query, pivot tables, macros, etc.) and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo or similar.
• Experience with expense tools like Happay, Expensify, or equivalents.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Bachelors in Commerce/Finance; MBA (Finance) preferred.
