Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Identify, qualify, and pursue new leads via Meta/Google leads, cold calling, networking, and referrals to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their requirements/vision, providing expert advice on design, materials, and product selection (wardrobes, furniture, etc.)
- Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare, present, and negotiate design proposals and quotations, ultimately closing sales.
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Proven sales experience in interior design
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and industry trends.
- Attributes: Target-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and capable of working in a team environment.
- Education: Any Bachelor/Master degree ( Business, Marketing, or Interior Design is generally preferred).
