Job Description
- You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Customer Connect Executives to ensure optimal performance and high-quality service. Your duties will include overseeing inbound and outbound calls/messages to facilitate smooth communication between customers and relevant departments. You will need to ensure timely escalation of issues, track follow-up actions, and monitor the completion of tasks assigned to the team. Motivating and guiding team members to achieve individual and collective targets will be crucial.
Furthermore, you will be required to ensure proper documentation and updates in relevant systems such as Excel. Creating a positive team environment, encouraging continuous learning and development, and handling direct communication with customers and staff when necessary will also be part of your role. It is essential to uphold company policies, procedures, and customer service standards at all times.
To qualify for this position, you must have a minimum qualification of a Graduate degree or equivalent. Proficiency in Hindi and at least one of the following languages: Bengali, Odiya, Kannada, Tamil, Marathi is necessary. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and other basic tools, are required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven leadership abilities, and a focus on team coordination and performance management are essential.

As a results-driven individual with a self-motivated approach to achieving goals, you should be able to manage and resolve team challenges effectively. Previous experience in a customer service or team leader role would be advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also key attributes for this role.,
