Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Product at Suba Solutions Private Limited. As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for leading and managing the product development process, from conceptualization to launch. This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic thinking, strong technical expertise, and excellent teamwork skills. The role is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, and is a full-time position.
Qualifications And Skills

• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar role in the packaging industry
• 
  Strong trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in product management, including product ideation, development, and launch
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to identify and understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements
• Knowledge of die cutting and foil stamping processes
• Mechanical engineering background is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
