  • Design of electrical circuits for control based on the machine application. -Drawing the electrical circuits with Cad drawings and preparing a bill of materials.
  • PLC programming and testing
  • Programming of motion controls for the Servo Axis.
  • Programming of stepper motor positioning.

  • Display in multiple Indian languages. Qualification (i) Essential BE/ME in Electrical and Electronics/Electronics & Communication/Mechatronics Required Candidate profile Experience in PLC and HMI Programming in OMRON/YASKAWA and DELTA Knowledge of Autocad or any software to build electrical drawings is essential. Skill set Working Experience in OMRONS SYSMAC Studio and NB Designer, knowledge of Omrons safety modules and their programming. Working Experience in Yaskawas MPE720 and SigmaWin+/Servo Tuning and Controls Electrical circuit design and creating the BOM for the machines. Working experience in Servo Drive Setup, including Servo Tuning and Setting of Parameters. Basic Experience in C Programming.
