Who we are:
Substrate Manufacturing India Private Limited Enterprise (AITronics) will be focused on manufacturing Artificial Intelligence based devices, in APIIC Special Economic Zone- Achutapuram, for leading consumer electronics brands globally, including our US based own sister entities Appcessori, a D2C company and Backbone a hyper-growth mobile gaming device company.
AITronics will produce electronic components for export.

We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to manage end-to-end legal, regulatory, and compliance functions for our electronics manufacturing operations, including SEZ and export-oriented activities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and OEM/ODM contracts
2. Ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, SEZ, Customs, GST, and EXIM laws
3. Handle legal aspects of government incentive schemes (MeitY / PLI / ECMS)
4. Manage disputes, arbitration, and litigation with external counsels
5. Support IP protection, employment law matters, and corporate governance
5. Liaise with regulatory authorities and auditors

Experience
