Salary Range: - 20-25 Lakhs CTC (depending on experience)

Sugarfit is a leading health-tech company revolutionizing diabetes and obesity management through innovative active foods and nutrition programs. We're scaling our presence on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms to deliver high-quality grocery and nutraceutical products directly to health-conscious consumers.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales and revenue growth for Sugarfit's active foods (grocery/nutraceuticals) on Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, and Instamart, targeting 2-3x YoY growth.
Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory to maximize visibility, conversion, and rankings using platform analytics and tools like Amazon Seller Central.
2. Analyze marketplace data (sales velocity, ACoS, ROI) to identify trends, forecast demand, and execute category strategies in the FMCD/grocery space.
3. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product teams to launch new SKUs, run campaigns, and manage quick commerce fulfillment (e.g., 10-min delivery SLAs).
4. Monitor competitors, negotiate with platform partners, and ensure compliance with health/nutrition labeling and e-commerce regulations.
5. Lead performance reporting, A/B testing, and P&L accountability for assigned categories.
Qualifications:
1. 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing sales via marketplaces (Amazon, Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart); FMCD/grocery/nutraceutical background strongly preferred.
2. Proven track record of scaling sales (e.g., hitting - 5-10Cr+ annual targets) with expertise in SEO, PPC ads, and quick commerce ops.
3. Strong analytical skills (Excel, Google Analytics, Seller Central dashboards); familiarity with health/nutrition products a plus.
4. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
