We deliver end-to-end financial and compliance solutions for entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals, and multinational organizations.Our mission is to provide precision, transparency, and forward-thinking advisory that empowers clients to expand internationally with confidence.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualified professional currently based in the UAE to join our Dubai team.The successful candidate must have strong expertise in UAE accounting standards, Corporate Tax, VAT, ESR compliance, and hands-on experience working with local authorities and government entities. Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for effective communication.Key Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping, financial reporting, and reconciliations in full compliance with UAE regulations.
• Prepare and review VAT returns, Corporate Tax filings, and ESR submissions.
• Liaise directly with free zone authorities, auditors, and UAE government departments as required.
• Support clients with tax planning, compliance strategies, and cross-border financial structuring.
  
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality of financial data and reports.
• Provide advisory insights on regulatory changes and compliance best practices.

Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent professional qualification (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE-based accounting experience, preferably with a reputable firm or within a free zone.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, ESR, and IFRS standards.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Experience using Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar accounting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
