Role Overview:
As the Director Sales - CPaaS / Agentic AI, you will be responsible for leading and scaling our sales efforts in the Delhi NCR region. You will drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans, building strong relationships with key clients, and managing a high-performing sales team. This role requires a deep understanding of the CPaaS and Agentic AI landscape, a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and maximize customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the CPaaS and Agentic AI space to expand our market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise clients to secure long-term partnerships.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to consistently exceed individual and team goals.
- Accurately forecast sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns and sales collateral to generate leads and drive conversions.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and influence product development roadmap.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies for SaaS-based solutions, particularly in the CPaaS or Agentic AI domain.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
