About The Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Perform the day-to-day management of transactions


• Support with the analysis and execution of opportunities, as well as manage the client-level relationships


• Analyze historical data, including analysis of the past trends and modeling the future scenarios and an appropriate funding strategy


• Analyze and execute fundraising opportunities


• Examine and analyze the feasibility of deals/projects taking into account the historic data available


• Conduct research on relevant sectors and contribute towards qualitative and quantitative analysis


• Evaluate prospective transactions in terms of valuation, deal structure, terms & conditions


• Assist in the fundraising process of the transaction by creating information memorandums, financial models, and other required tools of analysis



• Participate in due diligence meetings with financial institutions and external agencies


• Coordinate closing activities


• Nurture existing business relationships with clients through constant engagements


• Build relations with new clients & external parties through the course of the transaction
