Location: Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata (Near RDB Cinema)

Process: BPO / International Process AR Calling

Shift: Fixed Night Shift

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Role Overview

We are seeking AR Calling Executives to join our international BPO team. The role involves handling accounts receivable calls, following up with insurance companies or clients, and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding claims and payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies and clients to resolve outstanding accounts receivable.
• Follow up on claims, denials, and rejections to ensure timely payment.
• Document call outcomes and update systems accurately.
• Handle escalations professionally and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve collection efficiency and reduce aging accounts.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
• Prior experience in AR Calling / International BPO preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fixed night shift environment.
• Work from office in Kolkata (Sector V, Salt Lake).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Hike on last drawn salary
• Statutory bonus after completing one year: 15,000
