Job Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Experience should have relevant 1 year of experience in ITES / BPO / KPO recruitment.
2. Would be responsible for the US Healthcare recruitment process. Expertise in BPO hiring / Volume hiring / Mass hiring for International Processes.
3. Screening, shortlisting, negotiation, and coordinating with the recruitment process. Should be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruiting process.
4. Handling emails, cold calling, arranging interviews, follow-ups, etc. Willing to take challenges in the recruitment & closing the resources in time.
5. BPO recruitment should be a passion and should have built different new competencies during their sourcing methods like Linked-In, job portals, meetups, internal database, referrals, head-hunting, networking, Blogs, etc.
6. Aggressive and talented professionals with excellent communication skills.
7. Should be available to join sooner upon selection.
8. Potential candidates to promote the employer brand, reduce time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
