About the Role

Were seeking an experienced Project Lead to drive strategic initiatives across our Insurance and Asset Management operations in India. Youll work directly with senior leadership at Sun Life India and key stakeholders at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance/Asset Management, ensuring successful delivery of high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Management

• Lead end-to-end project management for Sun Life Indias strategic initiatives and transformational projects
• Collaborate closely with Sun Life India leadership and Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance/Asset Management stakeholders
• Design and implement monitoring frameworks to track project progress, identify risks, and communicate status effectively
• Conduct data analysis to measure project performance against established KPIs and success metrics

Strategic Insights & Analytics

• Deliver actionable analytical insights to Sun Life Indias senior leadership team
• Provide competitive intelligence and industry analysis to inform strategic decisions
• Monitor ongoing initiatives and recommend course corrections based on data-driven findings

Executive Support & Communication

• Prepare high-quality presentations and business analyses for strategic leadership meetings
• Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for executive audiences
• Facilitate decision-making through well-structured analytical inputs

What Youll Need

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Management, or related field

Essential Skills

• Project Management:Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools Agile experience is a plus
• Analytical Excellence:Strong problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Communication:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
• Interpersonal:Proven ability to build relationships and influence across organizational levels
• Technical:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, data analysis tools, and presentation software
• Business Acumen:Rapid learning capability to understand complex business & distribution models, identify challenges, and develop solutions

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
• Demonstrated track record working with C-suite executives on strategic initiatives and business reviews
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and teams

Preferred

• Background in life insurance and/or asset management distribution
• Hands-on experience with distribution projects
• International or multi-geography project experience
• Experience working across diverse teams within and outside India
