IT project manager plan, organize, and integrate cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact. Coordinate the work of other IT professionals and support staff to produce a new piece or system of software. The core elements of the job are about organizing people and time resources, and seeing the project through from inception to completion. Project manager have ultimate responsibility for meeting the business’s or client’s needs.RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring
• 
  Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Execute the project according to the project plan, develop forms and records to document project activities.
• Report and escalate to management as needed and manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Manage the EPM governance for assigned projects, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure that projects are in compliance with ADIB PMO governance

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge, Technical Competencies Required for this role:

• Educational background with proven track record.

• Hands-on experience in payment industry and in Project Management
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in handling cards acquiring projects.
• Excellent vendor-facing and internal
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
