black small square Use statistical methods to forecast human resources, such as quantitative methods and methods based on estimating work effort, matching demand with supply, addressing surplus with deficit, and identifying current and future staff needs.
black small square Develops a study of all policies and procedures, and prepares a policy and work procedures manual for all activities and tasks in the field of human resources.black small square Provides proposals to simplify work procedures related to human resources policies, procedures, and strategies, designs and develops the models used, and prepares and updates the human resources procedures manual in coordination with the Corporate Excellence and Performance Monitoring Department.
black small square Develops activities to measure the time and effort spent performing procedures and their compatibility with the actual needs of the human resources procedure sequence. black small square Establishes a mechanism for analyzing process flow charts and workflows to identify problems and opportunities for improvement.
black small square Contributes to activities to review employee suggestions and feedback in relevant departments regarding problems encountered during the implementation of procedures.
black small square Prepares specialized documents and reports related to policies and planning, and provides appropriate recommendations and solutions, presents them, and explains them in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
black small square Develops and implements procedures for career succession, and monitors their implementation to prepare qualified employees for leadership positions.
black small square Oversees the development of policies, procedures, and the HR authority matrix.
black small square Supervises the development and updating of the competency matrix and links it to job titles.
black small square Prepares policies and procedures for the performance management system and performance evaluation criteria, and holds training workshops for direct supervisors and employees to raise their awareness of the system, manage the performance evaluation process, ensure the accuracy, validity, and objectivity of the results, and follow up on grievances and the consequences resulting from the final annual evaluation results, including linking them to promotions, periodic bonuses, and rewards.black small square Oversee the development of performance indicators for all functions in coordination with the relevant departments, and measure results annually.
