Key Responsibilities:

• Performs Accounting Entries for Sales/ Purchase/Journal Entries in JDE for Factory Operations.
• Making bank payments to suppliers (Domestic & Import) based on their credit periods.
• Fixed Asset Accounting & Complete maintenance of FA Register.
• Managing Sundry Creditors effectively & balance confirmation with creditors.
• Receipt Accounting based on Bank Receipts & Debtors Balance Confirmations.
• Monthly ECB Compliances.
• Preparation & Filling of monthly GST Return GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B and preparation & filling GST Annual Return.
• Cost Rollup in JDE.
  
• Inventory Accounting in JDE.
• Monthly GST Reconciliation with 2B & electronic ledger.
• Preparation & Filling of GST Refund Claims Monthly / Quarterly basis.
• GST Payment / RCM Working & Payment of the same.
• Monthly TDS working & making payments of the same.
• Preparation & Filling of TDS (Salary/Non Salary/Scrap) etc. Returns
• Support Global Accounts Team in Finance & Accounts, Sundry Payables / Receivables / Payment & Bank Reconciliations.
• Any other work as & when required.
• MIS Schedules.
• Statutory Audit & Tax Audit Schedules.
  

Technical/Functional Skills:

• Good understanding of Factory Accounts & Finance functions, GST, TDS & Indian Income Tax Provisions & must have worked in the Factory Set Up.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills that are well organized and persuasive.
• Highly motivated self-starters with the ability to learn quickly.
• Working Knowledge of JDE
• Working knowledge with Microsoft office
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance Stream or CA Intermediate.
• 6- 8 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing / Factory Accounting.
