Service Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Service Scheduling: Plan and allocate manpower/resources for preventive maintenance, breakdowns, and emergency calls.
• Customer Coordination: Act as the point of contact for service requests, complaints, and updates; escalate critical issues as needed.
• Call Logging & Tracking: Record service requests in the system and monitor until closure with accurate details.
• Material & Tools Support: Coordinate with the store/purchase teams for timely availability of spares and consumables.

• Documentation & Reports: Maintain service logs, preventive maintenance records, breakdown reports, and signed service reports.
• Preventive Maintenance: Assist in preparing AMC schedules, ensure timely execution, and maintain audit-ready records.
• Warranty & AMC Support: Track claims/contracts, ensure services per agreement, and coordinate renewals with customers.
• Complaint Analysis: Collect customer feedback, analyze recurring issues, and share insights for corrective actions.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all service activities follow safety standards, company policies, and compliance norms.
