Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Direct Tax Litigator, located in Ahmedabad. The Direct Tax Litigator will be responsible for managing and handling direct tax litigation cases, providing strategic tax planning and advisory services, and ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws. The role includes preparing and presenting cases in front of tax authorities, conducting legal research, and collaborating with the finance team to develop effective tax strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Tax Law and Tax regulations
• Experience in Tax Planning and Tax Preparation
