Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Direct Sales Team Leader to lead and manage a team of insurance sales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching the team, and ensuring achievement of sales targets through effective field execution and customer engagement.
Bachelors degree (preferred)
2+ years of experience in insurance direct sales
1+ year experience in team handling/supervisory role

Knowledge of insurance products and compliance
